I have got the bug. I really like cleaning. I know, I'm a closet weirdo.

Homemade Vegan Deodorant

6 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda
6 tablespoons of arrowroot
6 tablespoons of coconut oil
& some essential oil (I used sandlewood)

I think this might end up too solid once it's set, I can imagine I'll be melting it and re-moulding it into bars... We'll see!

I love running, swimming, the gym, weights, hiking- love it all.

If I don't exercise, I feel crazy. Too many beans.

Today began in spectacular style when I started making scrambled eggs. Yeah!!!

 My awesome brother has given me his old laptop. What a guy!! Now I can watch the dvd's I got for my birthday last year.. and listen to music, look at photos... awesome

I've been reading 'The hundred year old man' by Jonas Jonasson. Not far in yet but I like it- quite dark. I wonder if I'll make it to 100?! I probably wouldn't be doing much running by that point. Might still be able to play guitar though.

It's a brand.new.year. Think of all the great things out there waiting to happen!
So far, I've been living on the edge with sub zero running, and LOVING my hot water bottle in the evenings. Rock and roll...

Our christmas decorations have been replaced with gypsophila and white chrysanthemums. YAY.
